Survivin和P53基因在慢性血吸虫病并大肠癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨Survivin和P53基因在慢性血吸虫病并大肠癌中的表达及意义.方法 选取2010年至2015年大肠癌手术病人的病理标本,其中未患血吸虫的大肠癌病人34例,伴有血吸虫感染的大肠癌病人16例,通过PCR-SSCP方法检测P53基因第5~8外显子突变情况,利用 PT-PCR检测Survivin mRNA的表达,研究P53基因第5~8外显子突变情况和Survivin mRNA在大肠癌伴血吸虫病人和未伴血吸虫病人中的表达情况差异.结果 在所有入组人群的P53基因检测上,均无发现突变情况;而大肠癌合并血吸虫病的患者结直肠中Survivin mRNA的表达明显高于单大肠癌患者.结论 检测慢性血吸虫并大肠癌病人中Survivin的基因水平,能够了解血吸虫病对大肠癌的影响,为进一步寻找靶基因提供了线索.

Expression and significance of Survivin and P53 gene in chronic schistosomiasis and merge colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate expression and Survivin and P53 gene in chronic schistosomiasis and merge colorectal carcinoma.Methods Pathological specimens of colorectal surgery in patients was collected from 2010 to 2015,including 34 cases of not suffering from schistosomiasis patients with colorectal cancer,16 cases of colorectal cancer patients with Schistosoma japonicum infection,detected by PCR-SSCP P53 gene the mutation of the exon of 5~8,using PT-PCR to detect the expression of Survivin mRNA and P53 gene mutations of 5~8 exon of Survivin and mRNA in E.Cancer with schistosomiasis patients and without differences in expression of schistosomiasis patients.Results In the detection of P53 gene in all groups,no mutation was found.And the results showed the expression of colorectal carcinoma with schistosomiasis patients with colorectal Survivin in mRNA was significantly higher than the expression of the patients with colorectal colorectal cancer.Conclusion Single gene the level of Survinvin in patients with colorectal cancer and detection of chronic schistosomiasis in,so as to understand the influence of schistosomiasis on colorectal cancer at the gene level,provide clues for further searching for target genes.
