贵州苗族19个STR基因座遗传多态性研究

摘    要:目的 调查19个常染色体STR基因座在贵州苗族人群中的等位基因分布,评估其在法医学中的应用价值.方法 应用GoldeneyeTM20A试剂盒对226名贵州苗族健康无关个体19个常染色体STR,用310型遗传分析仪进行毛细管电泳,GeneMapper进行基因分型.结果 得到19个常染色体STR基因座等位基因的频率分布与相关法医学参数,He值0.615 0~0.915 9,DP值0.752 1~0.982 1,PE值0.309 3~0.828 1,PIC值0.521 8~0.901 2,累计个体识别率是1-1.971 6×10-22,累计非父排除概率为0.999 999 95.结论 D19S433等19个常染色体STR基因座在贵州苗族人群中具有良好的遗传多态性,对民族群体遗传学和法医物证学研究极其有价值.

Abstract:Objective To investigate genetic polymorphisms of 19 STRsin Guizhou Miao population,and evaluate the usage of them inforensic.Methods The 19 STRs226 Miao of unrelated healthy individualsin Guizhou were Amplified using GoldeneyeTM20A Kit.The Applied Biosystems 310 genetic analyzer was used for capillary electrophoresis,and the Gene Mapper was used for genotyping.Results The Allelic frequencies and the forensic parameters of the 19 STR loci were obtained.The range of the heterozygosis,the power of discrimination,the power of exclusion and the polymorphism information content of the 19 STR loci were 0.615 0~0.915 9,0.752 1~0.982 1,0.309 3~0.828 1 and 0.521 8~0.901 2 respectively.The cumulative discrimination power (CDP) was 1-1.971 6 × 10-22 and the cumulative probability of exclusion (CPE) were 0.999 999 95.Conclusion The 19 STR loci were highly genetic polymorphic in Guizhou Miao population.It is great value in the researches of population genetics and forensic biological evidence.
