自制缝合针在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术中的应用

目的:评价自制缝合针在小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜治疗中的疗效及并发症。方法:2001年3月至2007年12月我院应用自制缝合针为93例患儿行微型腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术。结果:手术过程顺利,平均手术时间(12.5±5.8)min,切口不需缝合。除2例有皮下异物感外,无明显并发症。平均住院(3.4±1.7)d。随诊患儿症状均消失,术后无疤痕。结论:应用自制缝合针行微型腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术,切口小,损伤轻,疼痛轻,康复快,手术时间及住院时间短,操作简单,安全,疗效可靠,可同时发现及处理隐性内环口未闭,复发率低,并发症少,且可有效防治复发,值得临床推广应用。

Application of self-made needle for indirect inguinal hernia under laparoscopic high ligation of the hernial sac in children

Objective:To evaluate the effect and complications of self-made needle for indirect inguinal hernia under laparoscopic treatment in children.Methods:Ninety-three children aged from 14 months to 13 years were treated with self-made needle by laparoscopic surgery for indirect inguinal hernia between March 2001 and December 2007.All the patients were treated by high ligation of the hernial sac around the inner ring under laparoscope.Results:The operative procedure was uneventful.The operation time was(12.5±5.8)min and the mean length of stay was(3.4±1.7)d.All cases recovered except 2 cases had the feeling of eyewinker in the operation area.The incision didn' t need suture and there was no obvious scar after operation.Conclusions:High ligation of the hernial sac with self-made needle under laparoscope for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children has the advantages of small incision,minimal injury,rapid recovery and short operation time.It can find and deal with hidden patent internal rings.The recurrence and complications are uncommon,so it can be used widely.
