中医特色的优质护理服务实践

目的：开展中医特色护理,提升优质护理服务。方法：在实行责任制整体护理工作模式基础上,积极开展中医护理,包括中医护理管理组织建立、中医护理技术规范制定与培训、中医护理查房与会诊落实、中医单病种护理、中医诊疗仪器的规范使用与培训考核、中医特色护理项目临床实践、中医护理质量控制标准制定与组织实施、中医特色护理服务举措创新等。结果：从2010年5月至2012年10月,中医护理质量均分由21.63分上升至94.50分;撰写中医护理论文20余篇,立项省厅、局级中医护理课题15项,成功举办省级和国家级中医护理继续教育培训班4次;患者满意度由80.50%上升至96.52%。结论：加强中医特色优质护理服务实践,能有效提升中医护理质量。

Practice of exllence in nursing service with Traditional Chinese Medicine feature

Objective： To develop and improve nursing care quality with characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）.Methods： Based on the holistic nursing care model,the authors developed the characteristics of TCM nursing,including establishing the TCM nursing management organization,setting up standard of the TCM nursing technical and training,implementing TCM nursing rounds and consultation,practicing TCM single disease nursing,training nurses on TCM diagnosis and treatment instrument,developing clinical nursing practice with TCM features,formulating TCM nursing quality control standards,and innovating TCM nursing care services,etc.Results： The average score of TCM nursing quality increased from 21.63 to 94.50 in two years.Twenty papers about TCM nursing were published on peer reviewed journals.Fifteen provincial TCM nursing projects got approval.TCM nursing continuous education and training was held four times.Patients＇ satisfaction level improved from 80.50% to 96.52% in two years.Conclusion： Strengthening nursing care with TCM characteristics could successfully improve the nursing care quality.
