社区护士急救技能调查及培训效果评价

目的了解社区护士急救技能掌握情况,探讨对社区护士急救技能的培训方法及效果。方法通过对537名社区护士问卷调查,了解社区护士急救技能最需要的项目,根据调查结果,确定培训项目,并进行培训。结果 537名社区护士急救技能培训后的考核成绩均显著高于培训前。结论不定期地对社区护士进行急救技能的培训,能提高护士应急处置能力,能满足社区居民的需求,提高危重病人抢救成功率。

Appraisal on First-aid Skills of Community Nurses and Evaluation on Training Effect

Objective：To learn about the mastery of the first-aid skills by community nurses and explore training methods and results of the first-aid. Method：The author makes questionnaire survey on 537 community nurses so as to know the most badly needed items for the training, determine training items and conduct the training according to the sur- vey results. Result： After the training, the first-aid skills of the 537 community nurses are obviously better than before. Conclusion： irregular trainings of the first-aid skills for community nurses lead to the improvement in emergency disposal of the nurses,meeting the requirements of community residents and the improvement in success rate of rescue of critically ill patients.
