血清前白蛋白检测在抗结核治疗患者中的诊断价值研究

目的探讨血清前白蛋白检测在抗结核治疗患者肝损伤中的意义。方法选择60例进行抗结核治疗患者为观察组,同期健康体检者30例为对照组。分别检测观察组治疗前后3个月血清前白蛋白、ALT,并与健康体检者检测结果比较。结果观察组患者在肺结核治疗前与健康体检者血清前白蛋白、ALT检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后3个月,血清前白蛋白显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3个月ALT水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清PA水平为判断抗结核治疗早期肝功能损伤的重要指标,可作为抗结核治疗后肝功能检测的常规指标推广。

Research on the Value of Detection of Serum Prealbumin in Anti-tuberculosis Patients

Objective To study the clinical value of the detection of serum prealbumin in anti-tu- patients with liver damage. Methods 60 patients were treated with anti-tuberculosis as group, at the same time 30 cases of physical examination as control group. Observa- was detected before and after treatment for 3 months＇ serum prealbumin and ALT, forcomparing with the healthy physical examination results. Results There was no statistically sig- nificant difference in observation group of patients with serum preaIbumin, ALT test results before tuberculosis treatment（P〉0.05）.
