早期高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤临床观察

目的研究早期高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤方面的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月～2012年12月于我院收治的重型颅脑损伤患者78例,将其随机分为两组,试验组病情稳定后7d内采用常规加高压氧治疗,对照组病情稳定7d后采用常规加高压氧治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为92.30%（36/39）,对照组总有效率为66.67%（26/39）,两组患者均无死亡病例,其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期使用高压氧治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果良好,能提高患者的治愈率,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

Objective To study the clinical effect of early hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 58 patients with severe traumatic brain injury from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy with conventional within 7 days, the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy with conventional 7 days later. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 92.30%（36/39）, the total effective rate in control group was 66.67%（26/39）. There were no deaths in the two groups and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of early hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of severe brain injury is good. Early hyperbaric oxygen can improve the cure rate of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
