通心络胶囊对冠心病患者血脂及内皮素的影响

目的观察通心络胶囊对冠心病伴高脂血症患者血脂、内皮素的影响。方法将60例冠心病伴高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组基础治疗相同,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上加服通心络胶囊,治疗四周后观察两组患者血脂、内皮素及临床症状的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在降低总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和升高载脂蛋白A(ApoA)/ApoB比值方面疗效更为显著,两组升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的疗效相似。结论通心络胶囊可有效调节冠心病伴高脂血症患者血脂水平,改善内皮功能。

Effect of tongxinluo capsule on blood lipid and plasma endothelin in patients with coronary artery disease

Objective To observe the effects of tongxinluo capsule on blood lipid and plasma endothelin in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)accompanied with hyperlipoproteinemia.Methods Sixty patients with CAD and hyperlipoproteinemia were divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30)randomly,and basal treatment was given to both groups.The experimental group was treated with tongxinluo capsule 4 capsules,3 times a day.Changes of blood lipid,plasma ehdothelin and clinical symptom were observed after administration of the medicine for 4 weeks.Results As compared with the control group,after treatment with tongxinluo capsule for 4 weeks,significant improvement was shown in lipid abnormality.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),endothelin(ET),Apo-lipoproteinB(ApoB),lipoprotein(a) were lowered and ApoA/ApoB ratio increased obviously.The effect of both remedies in elevating HDL-C was similar.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has definite regulatory effect on the blood lipids and lipoproteins in patients with CAD and hyperlipoproteinemia,and can improve endothelial function.
