| 摘 要： | 目的：调查老年肺结核患者疾病认知程度，并制订针对性的健康教育对策。方法：采用自行设计问卷调查表对88例住院老年肺结核患者进行调查。结果：老年肺结核患者缺少肺结核相关知识，患者对肺结核知识来源于医护人员。结论：医护宣教是提高患者疾病知识认知的重要途径，应根据老年患者的生理特点和文化程度有针对性地加强健康教育指导。
