预混门冬胰岛素30和预混人胰岛素30R治疗2型糖尿病的疗效比较

目的 在2型糖尿病患者每日2次注射方案中,比较预混门冬胰岛素30（BIAsp30）和预混人胰岛素30R（BHI30）疗效及安全性.方法 采用2次/d的注射方案,选取口服药控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者40例,随机分为BIAsp30治疗组和BHI30治疗组,进行为期12周的比较研究.观察两种不同治疗方案对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、4个时点的血糖（空腹及3餐后2 h）低血糖的治疗结果的对比研究.结果 BIAsp30治疗组的糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）明显低于BHI30治疗组;BIAsp30治疗组早餐、晚餐后2 h及空腹血糖低于BHI30治疗组,中餐后2 h血糖与BHI30治疗组相似;BLAsp30治疗组低血糖发生率低于BHI30治疗组.结论 BIAsp30在疗效及安全性更优于BHI30.

A Comparison Between Premixed Insulin Aspat30 VS Premixed Human Insulin 30/70 in Patients with type 2 Diabetes

Objective To compare the safety and efficacy of premixed insulin aspart(BIAsp30) with premixed human insulin 30/70(BHI30) used in twice-day injection regimen in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes using twice-daily insulin were randomized to a 12-week open comparison of BIAsp30 and BHI30.Efficacy and safety measures included HbA1c at baseline and endpoint,four-point(before and two hours after meal) blood glucose profiles,and frequency of hypoglycemia.Results BIAsp30 group was associated with a significantly lower HbA1c than BHI30 group.Significant improvements were observed after breakfast,after dinner and before meal.Not differ significantly improvements were observed after lunch,the number of major hypoglycemic episodes with BIAsp30 was less than BHI30.Conclusion BIAsp30 was more efficient and safer than BHI30.
