摘    要:目的 探讨急性肾缺血再灌注损伤的机制。方法 采用大鼠双侧肾蒂夹闭的肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定肾组织丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,光镜下观察肾组织病理变化。结果 肾缺血再灌注后肾组织中MDA含量呈进行性增高,而单纯肾缺血MDA无明显变化;单纯肾缺血和缺血后再灌注肾组织中SOD活性呈进行性降低;缺血和再灌注组均有不同程度肾损害。结论 脂质过氧化参与肾缺血再灌注损伤。

Abstract:Objective To investigate lipid peroxidation injury during renal ischemic/reperfusion in rats. Methods Bilateral renal ischemia was induced by clamping the renal pedicles for 45 minutes. No reperfusion or 30 min and 24 h of reperfusion was allowed in separate groups. Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were determined to assess lipid peroxidation. Pathologic changes were studied by optic microscopy. Results The renal content of MDA in ischemia/reperfusion groups was increased,but not significantly in the ischemic group. The activity of SOD in renal tissue decreased both in ischemic group and in ischemic/reperfusion groups. The renal histomorphological damages in ischemia/reperfusion groups were more serious than that in the simple ischemic group. Conclusion Lipid peroxidation is involved in renal ischemic/reperfusion injury.
