尖锐湿疣患者外周血单个核细胞TLR2、4mRNA表达的研究

目的研究尖锐湿疣患者外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体2（TLR2）mRNA、TLR4mRNA的表达情况。方法运用SYBERGreenI实时定量PCR方法检测尖锐湿疣患者29例外周血单个核细胞TLR2、TLR4的mRNA表达水平，并与30例正常人作对照。结果与正常人相比，尖锐湿疣患者外周血单个核细胞TLR2mRNA的表达水平变化不明显（P〉0．05），TLR4mRNA的表达水平有所降低，但差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论尖锐湿疣患者外周血单个核细胞中TLR2、TLR4的表达并未升高，甚至略有所降低，可能与CA患者免疫功能受到抑制有关。

Expression of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with condyloma acuminatum

Objective To investigate the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） from patients with condyloma aeuminatum（CA）. Methods TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA were detected in patients（n=29） with CA by SYBER Green I Real-time PCR, and those in health people （n=30） are detected meantime as comparison. Results Compared with healthy people, the expression of TLR2mRNA in patients with CA is not dramatiely changed （P〉 0.05）,and that of TLR4mRNA in patients with CA is lower, but there is no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Condusions That the expression of TLR2 and TLR4 mRNA in PBMC from patients with CA does not increase and even decreases a little may releates to the immune restraint of patients with CA.
