| 摘 要： | 患者男,42岁。左小腿多发性丘疹、结节16年,加重伴疼痛5年。皮损组织病理诊断:皮肤平滑肌瘤。疼痛经多种方法治疗不能缓解。疼痛性结节内注射曲安奈德注射液每周1次,共3次,结节变小,疼痛消失。随访1年,疼痛未复发,结节未增大。

| Abstract: | A 42-year-old male presented with cutaneous papules and nodules of the left lower limb over the past 16 years and pain of large nodules for 5 years. Histopathologic diagnosis was cutaneous piloleiomyoma. The patient was started on many trials without any relief from pain of the lesions. Then he was started on a trial of local injection of triamcinolone acetonide into the painful nodules for 3 times, once a week, the nodules became smaller and the pain disappeared. During the 1-year’s follow-up, there were no recurrence of pain and no enlargement of the nodules. |
