宁夏五家医院2002-2011年皮肤常见肿瘤发病情况分析

目的通过统计和分析宁夏银川市五所医院2002-2011年期间经组织病理检查确诊的临床上常见皮肤肿瘤患者的临床及病理资料,为了解宁夏地区及周边地区皮肤肿瘤的发病情况和变化趋势提供线索。方法收集、整理、统计和分析于2002-2011年期间就诊于银川市五所主要医院(宁夏医科大学总医院、宁夏回族自治区人民医院、银川市第一人民医院、第五解放军医院、银川市妇幼保健院)常见皮肤肿瘤患者的临床及病理资料。结果 10年间经五所医院病理确诊的临床上常见皮肤肿瘤患者3650例,其中皮肤恶性肿瘤共计1964例,占同期就诊于五所医院皮肤科门诊人数(965471例)的比值为0.20%;病理类型以良性皮肤肿瘤脂溢性角化病1686例居首位(46.19%),其次为鳞状细胞癌901例(24.68%),再次为基底细胞癌756例(20.71%)。皮肤肿瘤发生部位以头面部最常见共计2412例(占66.08%),其余各部位发病率无明显差别。结论宁夏银川市2002-2011年间确诊的皮肤肿瘤患者例数逐年增加。建议加强对皮肤肿瘤的宣传教育与病理检查,争取早预防、早诊断、早治疗。

The Incidence Analysis of Skin Common Tumor from Five Hospitals in Ningxia from 2002 to 2011

Objective By investigating and analysing clinical and pathological data of patients who were diagnosed by pathological examination as skin common tumor from five hospitals in Ningxia from 2002 to 2011, in order to provide clues for understanding the incidence and changes of skin tumor of surrounding areas and ours. Methods The clinical and pathological data of skin common tumor were collected,analysed from the patients who were treatment in five main hospitals of Yinchuan (Ningxia medical general hospital, Ningxia People’s hospital, the Yinchuan First People’s hospital, the Fifth Hospital of People’s Liberation Army, Maternal and child health hospital of Yinchuan). Results There were total 3 650 patients pathologically diagnosed as skin tumor between the ten years, in which the malignant tumor were 1 964,which occupy 0.20% of the total patients of the dermatological department; the 1 686 benign epidermal tumors seborrheic keratosis top the list from the aspect of pathological type, which occupy 46.19%, secondly the 901 cases of squamous cell carcinorma, which occupy 24.68, thirdly the 756 cases of basal cell carcinoma, which occupy 20.71%. The most common part of skin tumor are the head and face, which are total 2 412 patients and occupy 66.08%, there were no significant difference in the incidence of other parts. Conclusion The incidence of skin epidermal tumors in Yinchuan of Ningxia had been increasing in the years between 2002 and 2011. It suggest to strengthen the education and pathological examination of skin tumors, to achieve early prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment is necessary.
