| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)和细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例CA组织中p-STAT3和CyclinD1的表达,并与20例正常包皮组织作对照。结果 CA组织中p-STAT3和CyclinD1的阳性表达率分别为63.33%(19/30)和73.33%(22/30);正常对照组分别为0(0/20)和10.00%(2/20)。CA组织中p-STAT3和CyclinD1的阳性表达率与正常对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。CA组织中p-STAT3和CyclinD1的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 p-STAT3和CyclinD1在CA组织中异常表达可能导致了CA细胞的过度增殖。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and significance of p-STAT3 and CyclinD1 in Condyloma Acuminatum(CA)tissues. Methods The expression of p-STAT3 and CyclinD1 in specimens from 30 cases of CA and 20 normal foreskin tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results The positive rates of p-STAT3 and CyclinD1 were 63.33%(19/30)and 73.33%(22/30)in CA tissues respectively; 0(0/20)and 10.00%(2/20)in normal controls. The positive rates of p-STAT3 and CyclinD1 were both significantly higher in CA than those in normal controls respectively(both P<0.01).The expression of p-STAT3 was positively correlated with that of CyclinD1 in CA(P<0.01). Conclusion There are an abnormal expression of p-STAT3 and CyclinD1 in CA tissues which might induce the over-proliferation of CA cells. |
