摘    要:目的 探讨MIC-1和uPA蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及与组织学分级和发病部位的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测42例皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织及42例正常对照皮肤中MIC-1及uPA蛋白的表达,并分析其与组织学分级及发病部位的关系。结果 皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中MIC-1(66.67%)及uPA蛋白(78.57%)阳性表达率均显著高于正常对照皮肤组织中的阳性表达率(16.67%和28.57%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中MIC-1及uPA蛋白阳性表达率均与鳞状细胞癌病理组织学分级密切相关(P均<0.05);MIC-1与uPA蛋白的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中MIC-1和uPA蛋白的表达均显著升高,其高表达可能与皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生和发展有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of MIC-1,uPA protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC) and analyse their correlation ship with histological grade,location.Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MIC-1,uPA protein in 42 cases of CSCC tissue and 42 cases of normal skin tissue.Then analyze their correlation with histological grade and location.Results The positive expression rates of MIC-1(66.67%) and uPA(78.57%) protein in CSCC were obviously higher than those in normal skin(positive expression ratios:16.67%and 28.57%),and there were significant differences between 2 groups(both P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MIC-1 and uPA were both closely correlated with the histological grade in CSCC(both P<0.05)and there was positive correlation between MIC-1 and uPA protein expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MIC-1 and uPA protein increased in CSCC tissue,which suggests their over-expression may be related to oncogenesis and development of CSCC.
