| 摘 要： | 解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)为泌尿生殖道常见微生物之一,影响细胞蛋白合成的抗菌药物,如大环内酯类、喹诺酮类以及四环素类药物为常用治疗药物,临床上一般将这三类药物作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物。然而UU对此三类药物的耐药性有逐年增加的趋势,本文就UU的药敏试验方法、国内外耐药现状和对UU耐药菌株的治疗策略等作一综述。

| Abstract: | Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) is one of the common microorganisms in urogenital tract. Antibacterials which affect protein synthesis such as macrolides,quinolones and tetracyclines are the priority drug recommended for patients with UU infection. However,resistance of UU to these three kinds of antibacterials is steadily increasing. The aim of this paper was to illustrate the methods of antimicrobial susceptibility testing,drug resistance of UU at home and abroad,and the treatment strategies for drug-resistant UU strains. |
