二丁酰环磷腺苷钙综合治疗自身敏感性湿疹临床观察

目的 评价二丁酰环磷腺苷钙综合治疗自身敏感性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 治疗组予二丁酰环磷腺苷钙静滴联合常规治疗(葡萄糖酸钙针加维生素c针静滴、口服依巴斯汀片,外用复方酮康唑和黑豆馏油软膏,伴有渗出者予3%硼酸溶液湿敷);对照组予常规治疗,疗程均为两周,疗程结束后判定疗效。结果 治疗结束后,治疗组疗效指数评分(4.41±4.34)显著低于对照组(7.50±4.58),治疗组有效率为87.50%,对照组有效率为55.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 二丁酰环磷腺苷钙综合治疗自身性敏感性湿疹的疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Efficacy of DBC AMP Ca in The Treatment of The Sensitivity of Eczema

Objective To observe the effect in treatment of the sensitivity of eczema with DBC AMP Ca.Methods Foundation treatment(Calcium gluconate needle plus vitamin c needle infusion,Oral ebastine tablets,Externally applied compound ketoconazole and Heidouliuyou ointment,3% boric acid solution to wet compress) and intravenous injection of DBC AMP Ca was given to treatment group;The control group was given foundation treatment for two weeks.Results Two weeks after treatment the efficacy index score of test group(4.41±4.34)was significantly lower than that in control group(7.50±4.58);Two weeks after treatment the effective rate of test group was 87.50% and the control group was 55.00%,there were significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion DBC AMP Ca combining with foundation treatment to the sensitivity of eczema had obvious effect,no side effect.
