| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床血标本中分离的145株葡萄球菌的耐药性。方法用Micro Scan Walk Away-40全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定及药敏试验。结果145株葡萄球菌中,金黄色葡萄球菌占11.7%(17/145);凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌占88.3%(128/145);耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为17.6%(3/17),耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)为69.5%(89/128)。多数抗菌药物对甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌(MSS)作用良好,而对MRS作用差。未发现对万古霉素耐药菌株。结论血标本分离葡萄球菌中以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为主,MRCNS比例高,且耐药显著,应加强监测。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the resistance in staphylococcus strains isolated from blood specimen.Methods Staphylococcus isolates were identified and tested for durg-resistance by MicroScan WalkAway-40 system.Results S.aureus and CoNS was 11.7%(11/145),and 88.3%(128/145)respectively.MRSA and MRCNS accounted for 17.6%(3/17)and 69.5%(89/145)respectively.The resistant rate of MRS strains to most antimicrobial agents was higher than that of MSS and no strain was resistant to vancomycin.Conclusion CoNS are main strains in staphylococcus isolated from blood specimen.MRCNS with high resistance to most antimicrobial agents are common in those isolates and more attention should be paid to them. |
