| 摘 要： | 目的:探索VEGF和CD34在骨肉瘤组织中的表达,分析VEGF与微血管密度(MVD)及转移预后的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学法(S-P法)检测41例骨肉瘤组织中VEGF和CD34的表达,计算MVD值,并结合临床病例资料综合分析.结果:41例骨肉瘤患者中,VEGF阳性表达率为68.2%(28/41),与肿瘤大小、Price分级、Dahlin,s组织学分型等无关(P>0.05);所有病例CD34表达均为阳性.VEGF阳性组MVD为(40.25±8.02)in,与阴性组MVD为(15.54±5.87)in相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05).转移组VEGF的阳性率为92.9%,明显高于无转移组VEGF的阳性率55.6%,差异有显著性(P<0.05).VEGF阳性组的5年存活率为7.1%,明显低于VEGF阴性组5年存活率46.2%,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:VEGF在骨肉瘤组织中高表达,VEGF的表达与MVD值、转移预后显著相关,检测VEGF的阳性表达和MVD值可以作为判断骨肉瘤转移和预后的重要指标.
