| 摘 要： | 为探讨nm23蛋白表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系,作者采用了LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测了67例手术切除胃癌标本,结果发现胃癌细胞中nm23表达阳性率为68.7％,与胃癌组织学类型、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。提示nm23检测对胃癌预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | To study the relationship between the expression of Nm23 gene and infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, 66 subjects with gastric carcinoma were examined by immunohis-tochemical LSAB method. The results revealed that the positive expression rate of Nm23 was 68. 7%. The expression of Nm23 was in positive correlation to defferential grade. P<0. 05). The expression in tubular adenocarcinma was higher than in other pathological patterns. There was a higher expression of Nm23 in the cases without lymphatic metastasis than in those with lymphatic metastasis. It is suggested taat the overexpression of Nm23 gene is associated with a good prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
