输尿管镜致输尿管损伤16例原因分析

目的探讨输尿管镜所致的输尿管损伤的原因及预防方法。方法回顾分析1998年8月起，该院开展输尿管镜以来所致的输尿管损伤16例的临床资料。结果该组16例中，输尿管口撕裂6例，输尿管穿孔7例，输尿管黏膜袖状剥离1例，输尿管断裂1例，黏膜下隧道1例。结论选择合适的病例进行输尿管镜碎石术是减少其并发症的前提；术中保持视野清晰，正确进镜碎石是手术成功的关键；留置支架管能减少输尿管狭窄的发生。

Analysis of sixteen cases of ureter injury caused by ureteroscopy

Objective] To analyse and study the causes and prevention of ureter injury related to ureteroscopy. [Methods] Sixteen cases of ureter injury caused by ureteroscopy since Aug. 1998 were reviewed and analyzed. [Results] Among 16 cases, ureteral meatus disruption 6 cases, ureter perforation 7 cases, sleeve exfoliation of mucous membrane 1 case, ureter fracture 1 case, tunnel under the mucous membrane 1 case. [Conclusions] Careful selection of appropriate case to undergo fragmentation by ureteroscopy was the premise to reduce untoward events related to ureteroscopy; keeping clear view and exact manipulation were critical during operation; stent could reduce ureter stricture.
