摘    要:目的 探讨大学生心理素质教育的方法。方法 本研究以海南大学某学院某系的 77名 2 0 0 2级本科新生为实验组 ,随机抽取其他系的 2 0 0 2级本科新生 77名为对照组 ,采用 SCL-90自评量表 ,1学年内 ,对实验组、对照组分别测试两次 ,并对实验组进行相关系列教育、个别心理辅导 ,最后对学生心理状况、学习、生活、工作、表现等方面进行对比分析。结果 实验组与对照组 1学年后对比 ,在心理素质、学习、生活等各方面有显著差异。结论 建立大学生心理档案 ,有计划、有目的、分层次地指导教育 ,是提高大学生心理素质、完善大学生人格的良好途径

Abstract:Objective To explore a methods of educating university students on psychological diathesis.Methods This research is based on 77 freshmen,Grade 2002,in Hainan University as experimental group.Other 77 freshmen are chosen randomly as contrast group.By means of SCL-90 self-appraisal form,experimental group and contrast group were surveyed respectively twice during a year.At the same time,students of experimental group were educated in series of ways and directed respectively on their psychological minds.Finally,a contrast analysis was made on students' psychological minds,studies,lives and work performances.Results There is a distinct difference between experimental group and contrast group on psychological diathesis,study,work and life aspects after a year.Conclusion It is a good way of improving University students' psychological diatheses and consummating their personalities by establishing university students' psychological dossiers so that they are educated and directed purposely and strategically.
