梯度回波化学位移MRI诊断脂肪肝的研究

目的　评价梯度回波化学位移MRI对脂肪肝的诊断价值和探讨梯度回波化学位移MRI的技术特点和原理。方法　对 12例脂肪肝患者 (轻、中度弥漫性脂肪肝 6例 ,局限性脂肪肝 6例 )均行MRI的常规SE序列、梯度回波同相 (in -phase ,IP)和反相 (out-phase ,OP)序列扫描 ,对比观察这些病灶在常规SET1WI、IP和OP像上的显示情况。结果　全部的脂肪肝在OP像上信号强度比IP像有明显下降 ,而在常规SET1WI上信号强度无明显变化。结论　梯度回波化学位移MRI简单实用 ,对脂肪肝的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,是诊断脂肪肝最好的检查方法之一

The Study of Gradient-echo Chemical Shift MRI in Diagnosing Fatty Liver

Objective To explore the diagnostic value, the technique character and principle of Gradient-echo chemical shift MRI in detecting fatty liver. Methods The Gradient-echo in-phase(IP) and out-phase(OP) imaging, and the conventional MRI were performed in 12 patients with fatty liver (6 low-grade and moderate-grade diffused fatty liver, 6 focal fatty liver). The demonstration of these lesions on IP and OP imaging and SE T 1- weighted imaging were analyzed and compared.Results The signal intensity of all fatty liver dropped significantly from IP to OP, but the signal intensity did not change obviously on conventional SE T 1 -weighted imaging . Conclusion Gradient-echo chemical shift MRI is an easy and practical way, is sensitive and specific to detect fatty liver, is one of the best methods in diagnosing fatty liver.
