| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种聚丙烯酰胺凝胶快速脱色的方法及干胶的简易制作。方法将滤纸条置于自来水中并加热作为脱色液,脱色完全后,用培养皿作为支持物制得干胶。结果与结论本法所用脱色液脱色彻底?快速,所制干胶光滑平整,保存时间长。

| Abstract: | Objective The techniques of quick decoloration of polyacrylamide gel and simplified preparation of dry gel were introduced.Methods Filter paper was put in tap water and heated up to be used as decoloring solution.After complete decoloration,the dry gel could be obtained by using culture vessels as support.Results and conclusion This method can achieve quick and complete decoloration,and the dry gel so obtained is smooth and last longer. |
