| 摘 要： | 术前肿瘤大小是决定乳腺癌临床分期的重要因素.以肿瘤病理大小作为对照,超声成像、钼靶X成像、磁共振成像等影像学方法在测量乳腺癌大小方面显示不同程度的准确率.乳腺组织密度、肿瘤大小及病理类型等因素影响影像学测量乳腺癌大小的准确率.

Value comparison and influencing factors of imaging for demonstrating breast cancer extent |

| Abstract: | Preoperative tumor size of breast carcinoma is an important determinant factor in T-classification of the TNM staging system. According to the histopathologic breast tumor size, sonography, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging and so on show different accuracies in determining breast carcinoma size. Breast density, tumor size, pathologic type of breast carcinoma and so on influence accuracy of breast carcinoma size measurement. |
