摘    要:目的探讨情景模拟训练对孕产妇焦虑状况的影响。方法选择200例健康初产妇,以汉密顿焦虑量表(HAS)评定其精神状况,其中,观察组100例孕妇参加孕妇学校及情景模拟训练,对照组100例仅参加孕妇学校,比较两组孕妇临产前焦虑状况。结果观察组孕妇焦虑发生率为21%,对照组为62%,差异有显著性统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论情景模拟训练可减轻或消除焦虑的原因。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of scenarios simulation training on improving the anxiety of pregnant women. Methods Total 200 pregnant women were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAS). The observation group with 100 pregnant women attended pregnant women schools and received scenarios simulation training,and the control group with 100 pregnant women only participated in pregnant women schools. Anxiety state between the two groups was compared before labor. Results The prevalence of anxiety of pregnant women was 21% in the observation group,and the prevalence of anxiety of pregnant women was 62% in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The scenarios simulation training can improve the cognition of pregnant women towards childbirth and maternal ability to solve practical problems independently,reduce or eliminate the causes of anxiety.
