福建省县级综合医院肺结核报告与转诊现状分析

[目的 ]分析 2 0 0 3年福建省县级综合医院肺结核疫情报告、病人转诊及转诊到位情况。[方法 ]根据全国结防10年规划阶段性评估方案 ,各县卫生局组织调查一所县级综合医院肺结核病人、可疑病人登记报告、转诊、到位情况 ,省级组织抽查 ,分析评价其报告率、转诊率、到位率及其原因。 [结果 ]全省肺结核疫情报告率 85 2 % ,转诊率 10 1 0 % ,到位率 68 8% ;抽查肺结核疫情报告率 90 0 % ,转诊率 87 9% ,到位率 66 0 % ;未转诊者中 88 2 %由于医生原因造成 ;转诊不到位者中 5 2 1%由于医生原因造成 ,由病人原因造成的占 47 9%。[结论 ]综合医院归口管理措施落实与否 ,是提高肺结核发现率的关键 ,要提高报告率、转诊率和转诊到位率 ,应从加强综合医院医生培训与宣传 ,提高结防机构能力建设入手。

Analysis on Tuberculosis Case Reporting and Transferring in General County Hospital in Fujian

Objective] To analyze tuberculosis case reporting, transferring and successful transferring in general county hospital in Fujian in 2003 The case and suspect case reporting were investigated by county health bureau base on national evaluation project The rate of reporting, transferring and successful transferring and its causes were analyzed and evaluated The 3 rates mentioned above were 85 2%, 101% and 68 8% respectively and were 90 0%, 87 9% and 66 0% in spot checking The no transferring rate due to doctor was 88 2% The rate of no transferring successfully due to doctor was 52 1% and 47 9% by patient [Conclusion] Convergence case management of general hospital is the key to improve the rate of case detection To improve case reporting, transferring and successful transferring, doctor training, health education and ability development of the institution in general county hospital should be strengthened urgently
