剖宫产术后晚期产后出血临床分析

目的：分析剖宫产术后晚期产后出血时间、病因及治疗措施。方法：对39例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的病例进行回顾性分析。结果：剖宫产术后晚期产后出血发病原因依次为子宫切口裂开、子宫复旧不良、胎盘，蜕膜残留、子宫内膜炎。发生时间以剖宫产术后3周以上占多数（66．7％），6周以内占（84．6％），部分病例（15．4％）在6周以上。结论：剖宫产术后晚期产后出血时间主要局限于产褥期内。主要原因是子宫切口裂开。

Clinical analysis of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

Objective：To analyze the bleeding time,causes and treatment measures of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods：39 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section from January 2005 to December 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. The bleeding time, etiology and treatment results were evaluated. Results：The causes for late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were uterine incision dehiscence, poor uterine involution, placental/decidual residues and endometritis. The majority （66.7%） occurred more than three weeks after cesarean section. Less than 6 weeks accounted for 84.6%. Some patients （15.4%） were more than six weeks. Conclusion：Late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is mainly restricted to the puerperium period. The main reason is uterine incision dehiscence.
