腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克的效果评价

目的评价腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克患者的效果。方法48例输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克患者随机分为对照组和观察组．对照组采用常规手术治疗，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。治疗结束后对两组患者的观察进行比较。结果观察组24例腹腔镜手术均获成功，无中转开腹；24例患者术后无肠黏连情况发生，也均无明显手术疤痕。观察组手术时间和对照组相差不大：观察组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后下床时间及术后住院时间均明显小于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠合并失血性休克不仅效果佳，而且也安全，建议临床进一步推广。

The Evaluation of the Effects of Laparoscopic Surgical Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy with Hemorrhagic Shock

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock. METHODS 48 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was treated with conventional open repair treatment, the observation group was treated with Laparoscopic. The clinical results were compared for these two groups. RESULTS The observation group were 24 cases of successful laparoscopic surgery; 24 cases of patients with non-adhesion to happen, also had no significant surgical scar. Observer group and the operation time is no less than the control group; Observer group bleeding volume, anal exhaust time after time to get out of bed and postoperative length of stay were significantly less than the control group（see table 1）. CONCLUSION Laparoscopic surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy with hemorrhagic shock is effective, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
