| Abstract: | This paper reported the determination of menthol and methyl salicylate in Da shen oil by GC with PEG-20M as immobile Liquid and detector:FID. The standard curves of menthol and methyl salicylate were linear and the Con-centration range of 2. 0~10mg/ml and correlation coefficients were 0. 9996 and 0. 9992. Their average recoveries were 99. 9% and 99. 6% CRSD=0. 4% and 0. 9% ). The GC method was more simple and accurate. |
