复杂性脊柱结核的临床特点及手术方式探讨

目的 探讨复杂性脊柱结核的临床特点及手术方式.方法 分析我科1997-2006年收治的562例脊柱结核的病例资料,对其中的87例复杂性脊柱结核进行分类,不同的类型采取不同的手术方式.结果 87例平均随访3年2个月,参见方先之制定标准,治愈75例,好转12例,优良率为97.1%,87例植骨者术后9个月的融合率为96.3%,后凸角度平均纠正25.3°.47例截瘫患者神经恢复平均恢复2级,1例患者术后慢性窦道形成,8周后再次手术后愈合.结论 复杂性脊柱结核不应成为手术禁忌证,而是手术适应证,只要术前充分准备,根据不同类型结合术前评定提出不同的手术策略,完全可取得很好的疗效.

Clinical features and operative method of complicated spinal tuberculosis

Objective To explore the clinical features and operative method of complicated spinal tuberculosis.
