| 摘 要： | ①目的 评价糖尿病 (DM )强化教育的效果。②方法 将 1 52例DM病人随机分为DM强化教育组80例 ,一般教育组 72例。观察健康教育后两组病人生活质量 (QOL)改变情况。③结果 健康教育 3个月后DM强化教育组比一般教育组病人QOL有明显提高 (t=2 .1 6～ 2 .49,P <0 .0 5) ,糖化血红蛋白下降 (t =2 .32 ,P <0 .0 5)。④结论 进行DM知识强化教育是改善DM病人QOL的重要措施

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of intensive health education for patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods One hundred and fifty two DM patients were divided randomly into two groups. Eighty patients received intensifying education and 72 received general education. The quality of life(QOL)of the two groups were evaluated after the education. Results After three months of health education, the QOL of the intensive education group was significantly higher than that of the general group ( t=2.16-2.49,P <0.05). The level of HbA 1C for intensive education group was lower than that of the general education one ( t=2.32,P <0.05). Conclusion Intensifying knowledge education for patients with DM is an important means to improve their quality of life. |
