摘    要:观察次声作用后大鼠脑中热休克蛋白HSP70的表达和分布。方法:SD大鼠接受频率为8Hz和16Hz,声压为90dB和120dB次分别作用1,3,7,14,21d后,采用免疫组织化学方法观察大鼠脑中HSP70的表达和分布。结果:各参数次声作一定时间后,HSP70阳性神经元主要布在下丘脑,边缘系统,听觉中枢,皮质,海马等脑区,各脑区出现阳性反应的时间不同,且随次声频率增高、声压增强及作用次数增加,HSP

Abstract:Aim: To explore the expression and distributionof HSP70 in the brain of rat exposed to infrasound.Methods: Rats were exposed to infrasound of & Hi and 16 Hzwith the intensity of 90 dB and 120 dB for 1, 3, 7, 14, 21days. Then immunohistochemical technique was employedto detect the expression and distribution of HSP70. Results:HSP70 immunoreactive neurous presented mainly inhypothalamus, lmbic system, central auditory pathways,cortex and hippocampus after exposed for certain times. Thetime that a certain region begain to react differented fromeach other. The number of the HSP70 immunoreactiveneurons grew as the increasing of the frequency, intensity andtime of action. Conclusion: These regions are sensitive toinfrasound and the effects of infrasound on brain are closelyrelated to the parameters.
