摘    要:^18F-FDG(^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖)PET(正电子发射型计算断层显像)是反映恶性肿瘤代谢特征的一种无创性的功能显像方法。

Abstract:Positron emission tomography (PET) with 2-[fluorine-18]-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose ( 18F-FDG) representing a noninvasive functional imaging modality that is based on metabolic characteristics of malignant tumors is well applied to most tumors. This article reviewed the literature about 18F-FDG PET imaging in breast cancer aiming to investigate the clinical value and principle of 18F-FDG PET imaging in primary breast cancer. In contrast to conventional imaging methods, 18F-FDG PET imaging is more accurate for the staging of distant metastases and recurrences, enables early assessment of treatment response in patients undergoing primary chemotherapy. 18F-FDG PET imaging isn't the first choice in the diagnosis of primary breast cancer, but it is more suitable to those people who are unwilling to or ambiguous by clinical examination and conventional technologies.
