| 摘 要： | 目的:观察浓止喘消咳液抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法:用耳肿胀法和足趾肿胀法测量药物的抗炎作用。采用比色法测量小鼠碳粒廓清指数和血清溶血素的含量。结果:浓止喘消咳液对耳肿胀及足趾肿胀致炎有抑制作用,明显增加碳粒廓清指数和血清溶血素的含量。结论:浓止喘消咳液可抗炎并提高机体免疫力。 |

| Abstract: | ve:To observe the effects of Zhichuanxiaoke strong solution on the anti-inflammation and immunity of mice. Methods:The anti-inflammtorg action of drug was determined by ear and feet tumefaction. The carbon clearance index and the content of serum hemolysin of mouse were determined by colorimetry. Results:The inflammatory action caused by ear and feet tumefaction was inhibited and the carbon clearance index and the content of serum hemolysin was inhibitted, were increased obviously by Zhichuanxiaoke strong solution. Conlusion:Zhichuanxiaoke strong solution can increase physical immunity and anti-inflammation . |
