科素亚对原发性高血压左心室肥厚及血浆纤维蛋白原的影响

目的　观察科素亚对原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚 (L VH)及血浆纤维蛋白原的影响。方法　选择 5 4例原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚病人 ,随机分成两组分别予科素亚 5 0～ 10 0 mg/d或科素亚 2 5～ 5 0 m g/d加用卡托普利 37.5～ 75 m g/d降压治疗半年 ,治疗前后分别测定左心室质量指数 (L VMI)及血浆纤维蛋白原 (Fg)水平。结果　与治疗前比较 ,无论科素亚或科素亚加卡托普利均使 L VMI及 Fg降低 ,科素亚加卡托普利降低的程度更大。结论　科素亚与卡托普利联合应用后逆转左心室肥厚的效果更好 ,同时可降低 Fg

Effects of Lorsartan on left ventricular hypertrophy and plasma fibrinogen in essential hypertensive patients

Objective To investigate the effects of Losartan on left ventricular hypertrophy and plasma fibrinogen in essential hypertensive patients. Methods 54 essential hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly treated with Losartan 50~100mg/d or Losartan 25~50mg/d and Catopril 37.5~75mg/d for 6 months. Left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and plasma fibrinogen (Fg) were estimated before and after treatment. Results LVMI and Fg were decreased after treatment with Losartan alone or Losartan and Catopril. Magnitude of decreased LVMI was larger in group treated with Losartan and Catopril when compared with Losartan group. Conclusion Losartan is effective antihypertensive medication for regression of LVH and more effective when companyed with Catopril. Losartan can also decrease Fg.
