| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上颌窦出血坏死性息肉的治疗方法。方法在双极电凝、吸切器（鼻息肉切割吸引器）的辅助下，经鼻内窥镜行上颌窦前壁开窗术治疗25例上颌窦出血坏死性息肉。结果治疗后随访6～24个月，无并发症，无复发，治愈率达100％。结论采用上颌窦前壁开窗术治疗上颌窦出血坏死性息肉，治愈率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapy of clearing away the hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps of maxillary sinus.Methods Twenty-five cases,which were diagnosed as hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps of maxillary sinus were treated by surgery of nasal endoscopy with the use of double electrocoagulate and shave system and the surgery of cutting-off front wall of maxillary sinus.Results There is no complication after 6 ～24 months followup.The cure rate is 100% and the recurrence rate is 0.Conclusion The method has the advantage of clearing away the hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps of maxillary sinus with high cure rate. |
