摘    要:目的:检测无精子症患者的染色体畸变情况、血清生殖激素水平及探讨经皮附睾精子抽吸术(Percuta-neouseEpididymalSpermAspiration,PESA)能否抽吸精子与生殖激素的关系。方法:检测86例无精子症患者与35例正常对照男性的外周血染色体、血清生殖激素(FSH、LH、T、PRL、T/LH);分析无精子症患者的生殖内分泌激素水平的变化。对染色体正常的无精子症患者行PESA,并对PESA能否抽吸精子与生殖激素水平进行回顾性分析。结果:86例无精子症患者中异常核型23例,占总例数26.7%;与正常对照组相比较,无精子症组血清FSH、LH升高,T/LH比值下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05);PESA能抽吸到精子组比不能抽吸到精子组的FSH、LH偏高,T/LH下降(P<0.05)。结论:无精子症与染色体异常、生殖激素水平变化有密切关系;FSH、LH、T/LH可作为PESA能否抽吸到精子的重要预测指标。

Abstract:Objective To detect the chromosome aberration and serum reproductive hormones in patients with azoospermia,and explore the relations between PESA outcome and serum reproductive hormones.Methods Detect the chromosome and serum reproductive hormones of 86 azoospermia cases and 35 normal controls.Analyse the serum reproductive hormones of azoospermia,and retrospect analyse the reproductive hormones of different outcome of PESA performed for normal chromosome azoospermic patients.Results The total aberrantion rate of chromosome is 26.7% (23/86);Compared the normal controls,in azoospermic patients,Serum FSH、LH levels increased,The rate of T/LH decreased.and there is a very significant difference(P<0.05);The resemble results is detected in different outcome in PESA.Conclusion The aberrant chromosome and abnormal reproductive hormones are related to azoospermia.FSH、LH、T/LH are important forecast indexes for PESA outcome.
