医学生创新思维模式的探讨

摘    要:医学生临床实践和创新思维能力的训练都是医学生培养过程中不可缺少的一部分.为了使二方面的能力都得到合适的训练,提出将两项能力的训练融合为一体,在临床实践中训练学生的创新思维能力,再通过创新训练进一步提高临床实践水平的医学生创新思维的训练模式.其实施步骤包括专题讲座,早期临床实践,创新思维训练研讨会,再次临床实践和建立创新思维能力考核的五项程序的训练模式.通过上述训练提升了学生诊断和认识疾病的水平.

Study on mode of innovative thinking for medical students

Abstract:The training of the clinical practice and ability of creative thinking is a parcel of the cultivation process of the medical students. In order to obtain suitable training both of them, training mode of creative thinking of medical students fused into them was put forward, which was to train innovative thinking ability from the clinical practice and improve the clinical practice through innovation too. The step of innovative thinking mode included reports related disease of preclinieal practice, early clinical practice, innovative thinking seminar, clinical practice and ability check of innovative thinking. The students'level of diagnosis and cognition disease was improved by the training.
