实地考察浙江省县级公立医院改革工作，回顾县级公立医院改革与发展的历程，近期主要进展，采取的主要措施及取得的成效，分析了改革面临的问题与挑战。指出当前推进公立医院改革过程中各级政府及卫生行政部门之间的协调配合是改革成功与否的关键，同时要加强政府投入、健全基层服务体系、完善医疗保障制度、实现医务人员劳务价值、实现信息共享，为我国县级公立医院改革提供思路。
