试论县级中医院中药饮片的管理

目的根据县级中医院的特点，探讨其加强中药饮片管理的办法。方法从采购、验收、储存、调剂及人员素质教育等方面，讨论中药饮片的科学规范管理。结果与结论加强计划采购、入库验收、储存养护、调剂及中药从业人员的职业素质教育，可有效促进中药饮片的科学规范管理。

Discussion on Management of Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces in the County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To enhance management of Chinese decoction pieces based on characteristics of county hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods To discussion the management methods of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces from several aspects, such as purchasing, inspection, preservation, allocation, and training of practitioners. Results and Conclusion By strengthening the purchasing plan, warehouse entry inspection, storage and preservation, allocation, and training of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, the management of Chinese medicinal decoction pieces was promoted.
