老年人急性脑血管病的综合康复治疗

目的 :探讨老年人急性脑血管病的综合康复治疗方法。方法 :12 8例 >60岁的脑血管病患者采用手术、药物、康复训练等治疗 ,并于治疗前后进行FIM评分。结果 :急性期死亡 14例 ,康复治疗 114例 ,有 98例获 6个月～ 2年随访 ,其中死亡 2例 ,其有效率 96.7% ,治疗前后比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :根据老年人的特点 ,急性脑出血以侧脑室穿剌 ,持续体外引流多用 ;脑梗死以颞肌颅内贴合术为多用 ;康复训练对患者的肢体恢复有很大促进作用

Comprehensive Rehabilitative Treatment for Acute Cerebrovascaular Diseases in Old Patients

Objective: To explore the comprehensive r ehab ilitative treatment for acute cerebrovascular diseases in old patients and to pu rsue an ideal therapeutic method. Methods: 128 cases of cerebrovascular diseases with the patients' age above 60 years were reviewed, and the data of their oper ations, medication and rehabilitative treatment were analyzed. 96 cases of them were followed up and scored by FIM standard in three consecutive stages througho ut the whole treating process. Results: 14 cases died in acute stage. 114 cases were subjected to the rehabilitative treatment with the effective rate being 96. 73 %. The discrepancy before and after treatment was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: According to the characteristics of the elderly, aspera tion and ventricle of brain drainage are the main therapeutic methods in senile cerebral hemorrhage. Operation of temporal muscle-urebral cortex adhesion is th e leading therapeutic method in senile cerebral infarction. Rehabilitative train ing during recovery stage should also be strengthened. Facilitation technique ma y play a significant role in promoting the convalescence of senile central paral ysis.
