| 摘 要： | 目的探讨EB病毒感染与结直肠癌发生的关系。方法用双温聚合酶链反应（PCR）扩增出EB病毒BamW区的121bp DNA片段，用此法对112份结直肠肿瘤和非肿瘤的肠镜活检标本进行了EB病毒DNA检测。结果结直肠腺癌肠镜活检组织中EB病毒阳性率2．9％（2／69），10例配对癌旁、远离癌灶5cm以上结直肠组织和22例非肿瘤病变均阴性，1例直肠类癌亦阴性。结论结直肠癌活检组织中EB病毒感染率低，两者关系的进一步研究，有助于EB病毒致瘤机制的阐明。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between Epstein-Barr(EB) virus and colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods EB virus DNA was examined by two temperature polymerase chain reaction cycles from 112 biopsy tissues with different colorectal lesions. The amplified product 121 bp DNA is in EB virus Bam W zone. Results The EB virus infection postive rate of colorectal adenocarcinoma was 2.9%(2/69),and that of the control was negative.Conclusion The EB virus infection positive rate was low in colorectal carcinoma.
