| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药应用情况。方法：回顾性调查本院呼吸内科2008午7月-2009年6月出院病历200份，对抗菌药应用情况进行统计、分析。结果：抗菌药使用率100％，其中单联用药115例（42．6％），两联用药155例（57，4％）。细菌送检率21．0％。结论：我院呼吸内科抗菌药使用存在不合理现象，应加强监督管理，促进抗菌药的合理使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application of antimicrobial drugs to respiratory medicine patients in Xiamen Lianhua Hospital. Methods： A retrospective study of antibacterial drugs was carried on 200 cases collected from July, 2008 to June, 2009 in Xiamen Lianhua Hospital. Results： Utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 100%, of which there were 115 cases of single-joint administration （42.6%）, 155 cases of the two drugs united （57.4%）. Submission rate of bacteria was 21.0%. Conclusion： The use of antimicrobial drugs in Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital was unreasonable. We should strengthen supervision and management, and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. |
