| 摘 要： | 本文报告47例陈旧性齿状突骨折病程6个月～10年,平均2年8个月。其中40例行枕颈融合术,2例行寰枢椎融合术,随访2～16年,平均4年2个月,疗效优良者34例。作者认为,齿状突骨折的不愈合将导致寰枢椎不稳和进行性脊髓压迫,对于此类病例施行枕颈融合术应作为首选。

| Abstract: | Forty-seven cases of old odontoid process fractures, treated in Changzheng Hospital with sick period of 6 months to 10 years (means 2 years and 8 months) after the original injury, were reviewed. Occipito- cervical fusion were performed in 40 patients of these cases and atlanto - axial fusion were performed in 2. After follow- up of 2 to 16 years (means 4 years and 2 months), excellent and good results were demonstrated in 34 patients. The authors believe non - union in the odontoid process fractures will lead to atlanto - axial instability and progressive myelopathy, and occipi-to-cervical fusion should be the first indicated for such conditions. |
