葱汁的镇痛抗炎止血作用

摘    要:目的:对葱汁的镇痛、抗炎和止血作用进行了初步实验研究。方法:采用多种疼痛、炎症等动物模型观察葱汁的镇痛、抗炎作用;采用离体法等观察了葱汁的止血作用。结果:葱汁能明显提高小鼠热板痛阈值,减少扭体次数;显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性;能缩短家兔的凝血时间,但对离体兔耳血管无明显作用。结论:葱汁有镇痛、抗炎及止血作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of scallion juice on analgesic,anti-inflammatory and stanch bleeding.Methods: Animal models were used to investigate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions of scallion juice and experiments on isolated ears were performed to observe the stanch bleeding effect.Results: Scallion juice increased the pain threshold for hot plate and suppressed writhing;inhibited the mice ear edema and decreased the permeability of the blood capillary in abdominal cavity of mice;and shortened the rabbits' clotting time,but had no effect on isolated ear blood vessels.Conclusion: Scallion juice has analgesic,anti-inflammatory and stanch bleeding effects.
