Abstract: | A 59-year-old woman with a history of cardiac sounding chest pain was investigated by coronary arteriography. Two unsuspected fistulae were found. The fistulae originated from the distal right coronary artery and the diagonal branch of the left coronary artery. Both drained into the left ventricle. She was also found to have temporal arteritis, treatment of which abolished the chest pain. |
