沈阳市部分中老年人群血尿酸水平的现况分析

目的:探讨沈阳市部分中老年人群中高尿酸血症、代谢综合征的发病率及血清尿酸水平与高血压、冠心病及代谢综合征危险因素的关系。方法:选取2006年沈阳市部分省直机关单位在我院进行健康体检的中老年干部人群共1154例,按统一方法测量物理及生化指标,对得出的数据进行统计分析。结果:高尿酸血症及代谢综合征的患病率分别为25.6%、31.5%。不同血清尿酸水平4组的比较、尿酸最高组与尿酸最低组的比较均揭示随血尿酸水平的升高,代谢综合征及各组分的患病率也随之增高。结论:血清尿酸浓度是代谢综合征危险因素的独立相关因素。即使在尿酸正常范围内,随着浓度的增加,代谢综合征的发病危险也会随之增加。控制血尿酸水平是代谢综合征治疗中的重要环节之一。

The current conditions of serum uric acid concentrations in parts of the middle-aged and elderly population of Shenyang

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and hyperuricemia among the middle-aged and the elderly in Shenyang,and to analyze the relationships between serum uric acid concentration and hypertension,coronary heart disease,risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Methods:1154 middle-aged and elderly people in Shenyang were selected,who underwent health screening in our hospital in 2006.Physical and laboratory examinations were measured by unified method,and then the results were analyzed statistically.Results:The total prevalence of hyperuricemia and metabolic syndrome were 25.6% and 31.5% respectively.When the four groups with different serum uric acid concentrations were compared with each other or the highest group was compared with the lowest one,it was shown that serum uric acid concentration was positively correlated with the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and other risk factors of metabolic syndrome.Conclusion:Serum uric acid concentration is independently correlated with hypertension and the risk factors of metabolic syndrome.In addition,even those with normal serum uric acid concentration has an increased risk of metabolic syndrome as serum uric acid concentration increases.Controlling serum uric acid concentration is one of the crucial steps in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
