阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察与分析

目的 观察静脉阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 对61例支原体肺炎患儿静脉阿奇霉素治疗,并随机选择42例静脉红霉素治疗作为对照。结果 治疗组治愈47例,有效10例,有效率93.4%;对照组治愈30例,有效8例,有效率90.4%,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);不良反应治疗组4例,发生率6.5%;对照组24例,发生率57.1%。经x2检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效好,疗程短,胃肠道反应少,值得推广使用。

Observation and Analysis to the Effects of Azithromycin on Mycoplasma Pneumonia of Children

Objective To observe the effects of intravenous azithromycin on mycoplasma of children.Methods 61 Children with mycoplasma pneumonia received therapy of intravenous azithromycin, and42 children in the same stage with intravenous erythromycin enrolled randomly as control group.Results There were 47 cases completely cured, 10 got excellent results in the group who receivedazithromycin, and the rate of efficacy was 93.4%.However 30 cases cured,8 got excellent result andrate of efficacy was 90.4% in the control group, no significant difference showed between the twogroups(P>0.05);side effects happened in 4 cases(6.5%) in the first group,and the cases with sideeffects were 24 and the rate was 57.1% respectively in the control group.A significant differencewas also showed in the x2 test (P<0.05).Conclusions Azithromycin is worth being extended on therapyto mycoplasma pneumonia due to its excellent therapic effects,short course of treatment and smallside effect.
